Delete duplicate records

DELETE FROM [TABLE]
WHERE [ID COLUMN] IN 
			(SELECT	MAX([ID COLUMN]) FROM [TABLE]
			 GROUP BY [DUPLICATE COLUMN(S)]
			 HAVING COUNT(*) > 1)

OR using ranking function

DELETE FROM [TABLE]
WHERE [ID COLUMN] IN
			(SELECT ID, RANK() OVER (PARTITION BY [DUPLICATE COLUMN(S)] ORDER BY [ID COLUMN]) AS rank
			FROM [TABLE]) AS t
			WHERE rank <> 1)
